And that's it! No more spoilers! It's time to introduce you to our four gorgeous new bases, which will keep you warm this winter with incredible softness. Deciding which wools would be added to our collections wasn't easy, but we think we finally chose the ideal proposal: shamelessly silky, very varied and of unbeatable quality. We're sure that all of them will be a real pleasure to hold.
This time we are talking about some very unique skeins, like our super sophisticated Merino Mohair . In sport weight , it is an alternative that also adapts to patterns developed for fingering or DK yarns. This beauty has a very personal seal in its finish, as it perfectly combines the warmth, lightness and resistance of merino wool with the insulating capacity, fineness and shine of mohair. And if we add to that the fact that it brings together all the softness of both fibres, the result is to die for, or not?
Another launch for this winter is Baby Alpaca Silk . Also with the versatility of sport weight , this has to be the most chic of our bases available to date. First, because everything with silk is glamorous in its own right. And also, because the tiny strands from the first shearing in the life of the alpaca are a true luxury in nobility, durability and softness. The end result is 100% natural skeins, with just the right amount of air between their fibers to guarantee airiness and a satin finish that is as subtle as it is elegant. In other words, perfect.
Our latest addition this winter is the Merino Uruguaya NO Superwash . These delicious skeins are available in fingering and DK weights , so that the project you choose will look as good as it deserves. Here we chose to take a step forward as knitters and opt for the softness, flexibility and defined composition that such a virgin yarn offers. Because as many of you may know, superwash skeins tend to sacrifice the flakes of the fiber, which becomes more polished and can be used in the washing machine, but at the same time loses structure. In the case of our Merino Uruguaya, the absence of this treatment gives us an ultra-malleable wool, with perfect twist, a unique adherence between the fibers and beautiful definition in each loop. A luxury that is very difficult to find.
And taking advantage of the season of new arrivals, we will soon be launching a micro collection of Merino skeins in 19 microns and aran thickness . These debutantes are ideal for colorwork or whatever you fancy, there are only five ultra-combinable winter shades, to pamper all those knitters who needed an accessory like this. And if we add to that that we have a new update of Merino Sock Fingering SW in the most requested colors of our Neutrals collection and also some iconic Madejasur shades, we can guarantee that you will not have time or desire to feel cold.
